Welcome to Iron City A/V. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any installation, consultation, or service provided by Iron City A/V.

1. General Terms

  • Iron City A/V provides audio, video, and automation solutions for residential and commercial properties.

  • All services and products are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

  • By accepting an estimate, proposal, or invoice, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

2. Estimates & Payments

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may change if an estimate expires before approval.

  • A deposit may be required before scheduling installation.

  • Final payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Installation & Service Guarantee

  • All installations are backed by a lifetime workmanship guarantee.

  • Products installed are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Any defects or malfunctions related to product quality will be handled per the manufacturer's policies.

  • Routine service and adjustments are provided as needed to maintain system performance. Any modifications or repairs due to misuse, tampering, or third-party interference may result in additional service fees.

4. System Training & Support

  • Upon installation completion, customers will receive training on how to operate their system.

  • Ongoing support is available for all installed systems, with troubleshooting provided remotely or in person as necessary.

  • Service calls outside of normal warranty work may be subject to a standard service fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible work environment during installation.

  • Any pre-existing electrical, structural, or network issues that impact the installation may require additional work and costs.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain internet connectivity and necessary smart home equipment for integrated systems.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Lifetime Guarantee on Installation: Our work is guaranteed for life, ensuring proper functionality of all installed equipment.

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Any equipment installed is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Iron City A/V is not responsible for manufacturing defects.

  • Damage Liability: Iron City A/V is not responsible for damages due to improper use, third-party modifications, or environmental factors.

  • Customers assume full responsibility for any unauthorized modifications or repairs.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations without proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • If a project is canceled after materials have been ordered, restocking fees may apply.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for communication and service purposes.

  • We do not sell, share, or distribute personal data to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama and any disputes will be handled in accordance with state regulations.
